Since 2009, the de Rijke Group has been committed to reducing its carbon footprint by signing the Responsible Care charter.
This commitment has resulted in a number of concrete actions:

Traceability

In logistics, since 2005, De Rijke has implemented comprehensive traceability solutions, systematically tracking every parcel or pallet passing through its warehouses with a unique barcode. It also provides customers with a website enabling them to track the storage and preparation of their products on a daily basis. Mastery of this technology enables us to develop certain business sectors, such as the B-to-B food industry, by offering traceability and therefore unfailing security.
In Transport, De Rijke is currently deploying a digital solution enabling drivers, via a Smartphone application, to receive their assignments directly, as well as digitally transmitting information and proof of delivery.
In this way, we offer our customers automatic, personalized feedback of the information they need.

Customer care

De Rijke offers its customers a range of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems. This digitized solution saves precious administrative time, while ensuring the reliability of the data exchanged.


De Rijke also shares KPIs with its customers, enabling them to measure the evolution of the quality of the service provided on a monthly basis. From 2020, all our customers, whatever their size, will be able to dematerialize all their information exchanges via a web portal.
They will be able to access all the data they need, automatically and at any frequency they choose (proof of delivery, delivery notes, transport documents, KPIs, invoicing, etc.).

The certifications represented by these logos apply exclusively to the sites concerned, which have been audited and certified in accordance with the corresponding standards.
